How it works

No appointment is necessary.

We offer next day service. Drop off your items today and return the next day for cash or store credit.

You can bring in your quality children's items anytime the store is open. We will review all items for stains, wear and tear and current style. All items we wish to pass on will be returned to your container.  For all items accepted, we will give you cash or store credit on the spot.

No waiting for the item to sell.

What we accept

  • Children's clothing — Preemie to Size 14
  • Children's shoes- up to size 2
  • Furniture including cribs, changing tables and gliders
  • Equipment including strollers, high chairs, swings and walkers

What we don't accept

  • Car seats
  • Breast pumps
  • Any recalled item
  • Any item that does not meet current government safety standards
  • Any item that is torn, dirty, stained, faded or missing parts
  • Clothing must be freshly laundered, with no fading, stains, tears, missing buttons or smoke odor.

We do not accept clothing in garbage bags. Please bring your items neatly organized in a tub, bin or laundry basket. We have a 2-bucket limit (18-gallon size bucket). We cannot accept more clothing than this at one time. Furniture and equipment does not count towards limit.

FAQ

Do you only accept items during certain times?
Items can be dropped off any time the store is open. We will review the order and have it ready for you the next day. You have 3 days to pick up your order and decide if you would like to accept our offer.

Will the items be reviewed while I wait?
We are unable to review orders as you wait.

What are you in need of?
We are always in need of baby furniture and equipment including cribs, swings, highchairs and changing tables. We are currently accepting toys for Christmas gifts, typically those that have a retail value of $20 and above.

We are always in need of school uniforms. We accept all seasons all the time, and will consider purchasing even those with small stains.

I brought items in and you didn't take them all. Why is that?
It could either be that the items contained small stains or wear or it could simply be that we are overstocked in that particular size/style.

Do you only accept name brand merchandise?
We accept all brands but the items must be in excellent condition. At times when we are fully stocked in a particular size we may only accept name brand items in that size only.

Do you accept only in season clothing?
Currently we are accepting in-season items only. We begin our fall/winter buying in July and our summer/spring buying in January. During the months of December and June we do a very limited amount of buying.

The exception is school uniforms, which we accept all seasons all the time.
